Swedish Meatballs Our recipe using ground beef and ground pork We tried to make this recipe as authentic as we could, soaking our breadcrumbs in milk and serving with whipped potatoes. We made a simple gravy with pan drippings, beef broth, flour and cream. We also served with Lingonberry jam.
